Bodywork'z Supply, a local E-waste recycler will be hosting a used computer and electronics collection (recycling drives)
and sponsor drop-off sites for the public, businesses,schools and government agencies.
We will be collecting used computer and electronic equipment for reuse and recycling.
This project is aimed at assisting with the growing problem of old computer and electronics disposal.
Based on the results of similar events nationwide and the great interest in computer management
that has been expressed by our local business community, we anticipate that this event will be a great success.
These events will draw a great deal of media and business attention and will target local
businesses. Bodywork'z Supply would like to share this positive attention with
select sponsors by offering you a sponsorship opportunity. As a supplier or end user,
being involved with this type of project will show the community your environmental
responsibility and will allow your name to be shared with a great event designed to
assist everyone. Attached is an outline of the sponsorship levels available.
I hope you will strongly consider being a sponsor for the used computer and electronics
collection event or drop-off sites. We would like to secure all sponsorships as soon as possible
so that we may give our sponsors proper recognition.
The role of each basic level sponsor will be to provide the space to run a collection event.
To contact your local government to see if any permits are required ,
and to distribute advertisement pamplets to local stores and businesses.
We also have a drop-off sponsor program, the sponsor collects and stores the collected materials
and is listed as a temporary drop-off site for these materials.
The materials must be stored secure out of the direct weather.
Bodywork'z Supply will cover all costs including permits and transportation of the collected materials.
